For my biology class project, I have to cook something (I need to use heat) that I never have before. I asked my fiancé for some ideas and I decided to make Venison Meatballs! He is a big hunter, so luckily the freezer is full of deer meat. This is a meal I have never attempted before, it should be fun!

    I will have to follow your blog closely. I too have a big hunter in my house. He cuts up his own meat and it's very lean. I have a hard time making burgers because they don't stay together.
